3.Meeting for Student Counseling Directors (Division Heads) of the First Northern Region Institutions of Higher Education (in May or June)     

4. Experience Sharing Meeting for Student Counseling Directors (Division Heads) of the First Northern Region Institutions of Higher Education (in Oct. or Nov.)

Collaborate with the Ministry of Education to coordinate convention, group supervision sessions for student counseling personnel at institutions of higher education

Coordinate administrative matters of conselind and guidance work 

1.Receive and assist with applications from institutions in the First Northern Region for the Ministry of Education’s Subsidy Program for Student Counseling Services in Institutions of Higher Education. (Jan.) 

2.Receive and assist with applications from institutions in the First Northern Region for the Ministry of Education’s Subsidy Program for Student Counseling Services in Institutions of Higher Education. (April- May)

3.Assist the Ministry of Education in compiling a list of senior Student Counseling Directors (Division Heads) at institutions of higher education who are eligible to receive the “Appreciation Plaque for Continued (or Retired) Service,” awarded to those with at least three years of service. (Jul.- Aug.)

4.Support the Ministry of Education in hosting the National Conference for Student Counseling Directors (Division Heads) of Institutions of Higher Education. 

5.Assist institutions of higher education in the First Northern Region with disseminating job vacancies, internship opportunities, and activity announcements to colleges and universities nationwide. (via e-mail)

Handle ad hoc assignments as delegated by the Ministry of Education.
