class=\"ultp-heading-inner\"><span><strong>\u60c5\u7dd2\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6027<\/strong><\/span><\/h2><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<p>\u60c5\u7dd2\u662f\u4eba\u5011\u5167\u5728\u91cd\u8981\u4e14\u5fe0\u8aa0\u7684\u4e00\u4efd\u5b50\uff0c\u5b83\u53cd\u6620\u8457\u6211\u5011\u7684\u559c\u6012\u54c0\u6101\u3002\u8ca0\u5411\u60c5\u7dd2\u5247\u662f\u500b\u7a31\u8077\u7684\u9632\u885b\u5175\uff0c\u7576\u9047\u5230\u885d\u7a81\u6216\u5a01\u8105\u6642\u8b93\u4eba\u611f\u5230\u75db\u695a\uff0c\u4ee5\u4e0d\u8212\u670d\u7684\u611f\u89ba\u884c\u70ba\u63d0\u9192\u6211\u5011\u5fc5\u9808\u53bb\u56e0\u61c9\u56f0\u5883\uff0c\u514d\u65bc\u5916\u5728\u74b0\u5883\u5e36\u4f86\u7684\u50b7\u5bb3\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u50b7\u60b2\u800c\u54ed\u6ce3\u3001\u61a4\u61e3\u800c\u6012\u543c\u3001\u7f6a\u60e1\u800c\u4e0d\u8a9e\uff0c\u90fd\u662f\u7a2e\u53ef\u4ee5\u7406\u89e3\u4e14\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u60c5\u7dd2\u8868\u73fe\uff1b\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u7121\u7406\u54ed\u9b27\u3001\u653b\u64ca\u6216\u5a01\u5687\u4ed6\u4eba\u3001\u81ea\u6211\u50b7\u5bb3\u7b49\uff0c\u5247\u662f\u7a2e\u4e0d\u5065\u5eb7\u4e14\u4e0d\u9069\u5207\u7684\u60c5\u7dd2\u8868\u9054\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u800c\u6b64\u884c\u70ba\u80cc\u5f8c\u5f80\u5f80\u85cf\u533f\u8457\u67d0\u4e9b\u8b66\u6212\u7684\u60c5\u7dd2\u8a0a\u606f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u60c5\u7dd2\u667a\u5546\uff08EQ\uff09\u5305\u542b\u4e86\u5169\u5927\u90e8\u4efd\uff1a\u81ea\u6211\u7ba1\u7406\u60c5\u7dd2\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u7ba1\u63a7\u4ed6\u4eba\u60c5\u7dd2\u7684\u80fd\u529b\u3002\u5728\u4eba\u969b\u4e92\u52d5\u4e2d\uff0c\u7576\u6211\u5011\u8aaa\u4e0d\u8d0f\u7406\u76f4\u6c23\u58ef\u7684\u53e6\u4e00\u65b9\u6642\uff0c\u5f80\u5f80\u6703\u89ba\u5f97\u5c0d\u65b9\u5f88\u96e3\u6e9d\u901a\u3001EQ \u5f88\u4f4e\uff0c\u800c\u70ba\u7dad\u8b77\u5f7c\u6b64\u95dc\u4fc2\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u6700\u5f8c\u4e0d\u5f97\u4e0d\u9000\u8b93\uff0c\u7528\u300c\u7b97\u4e86\u300d\u4f86\u7d50\u675f\u9019\u6bb5\u4e0d\u826f\u7684\u6e9d\u901a\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u4ed4\u7d30\u6aa2\u8996\u96d9\u65b9\u7684\u4e92\u52d5\u6b77\u7a0b\uff0c\u7576\u4f60\u767c\u73fe\u5c0d\u65b9\u53ea\u6c42\u6eff\u8db3\u4e00\u5df1\u4e4b\u9700\u800c\u4e0d\u7406\u776c\u4f60\u7684\u6297\u8b70\u3001\u9003\u907f\u9762\u5c0d\u96d9\u65b9\u7684\u771f\u6b63\u554f\u984c\u3001\u4ee5\u653b\u64ca\u5a01\u5687\u7684\u8a9e\u8a00\u884c\u70ba\u56de\u61c9\u4f60\uff0c\u8b93\u4f60\u4e0d\u5f97\u4e0d\u5c48\u670d\u6642\uff0c\u4f60\u5f88\u53ef\u80fd\u5df2\u7d93\u9677\u5165\u300c\u60c5\u7dd2\u52d2\u7d22\u300d\u7684\u6ce5\u6dd6\u4e86\uff01<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div Forward\uff081998\uff09\u63d0\u51fa\u60c5\u7dd2\u52d2\u7d22\u4e00\u8a5e\uff0c\u7528 FOG\u2014\u6050\u61fc\uff08Fear\uff09\u3001\u7fa9\u52d9\uff08Obligation\uff09\u53ca\u7f6a\u60e1\u611f\uff08Guilt\uff09\u2014\u8cbc\u5207\u5730\u63cf\u8ff0\u53d7\u5bb3\u8005\u8655\u65bc\u88ab\u60c5\u7dd2\u52d2\u7d22\u7684\u60c5\u5883\u4e2d\uff0c\u6478\u4e0d\u8457\u982d\u7dd2\u3001\u770b\u4e0d\u5230\u51fa\u8def\u7684\u7121\u52a9\u611f\uff0c\u5c31\u5982\u6389\u5165\u8ff7\u9727\uff08FOG\uff09\u4e00\u822c\u3002\u5728\u4eba\u969b\u95dc\u4fc2\u4e2d\uff0c\u7576\u4e00\u65b9\u70ba\u4e86\u7dad\u8b77\u5176\u5229\u76ca\u3001\u6eff\u8db3\u81ea\u8eab\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u4ee5\u8a00\u8a9e\u884c\u70ba\u76f4\u63a5\u6216\u9593\u63a5\u5730\u9054\u5230\u64cd\u63a7\u5c0d\u65b9\u3001\u4f7f\u5c0d\u65b9\u9806\u5f9e\uff0c\u4e26\u63d0\u5347\u81ea\u8eab\u5728\u95dc\u4fc2\u4e2d\u7684\u5730\u4f4d\u8207\u50f9\u503c\uff0c\u9019\u7a2e\u300c\u4f7f\u5c0d\u65b9\u4e0d\u5f97\u4e0d\u807d\u5f9e\u300d\u7684\u60c5\u7dd2\u8868\u9054\u624b\u6bb5\uff0c\u5373\u662f\u60c5\u7dd2\u52d2\u7d22\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u300a\u60c5\u5883 A\u300b<\/strong><br>\u540c\u5b78\uff1a\u300c\u6b38\uff01\u501f\u6211\u770b\u4f60\u7684\u4f5c\u696d\u89e3\u7b54\uff0c\u4e0d\u7d66\u6211\u770b\u4f60\u5c31\u6b7b\u5b9a\u4e86\uff01\u300d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u300a\u60c5\u5883 B\u300b<\/strong><br>\u7537\u53cb\uff1a\u300c\u59b3\u4e56\uff0c\u5148\u975c\u4e0b\u4f86\uff0c\u6211\u5148\u53bb\u4e0a\u8ab2\uff0c\u653e\u5b78\u56de\u4f86\u518d\u8ac7\u597d\u55ce\uff1f\u300d<br>\u5973\u53cb\uff1a\u300c\u597d\u554a\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u5728\u9084\u6c92\u89e3\u6c7a\u554f\u984c\u524d\u96e2\u958b\u6211\uff0c\u4f60\u4e0b\u8ab2\u5f8c\u5c31\u770b\u4e0d\u5230\u6211\u4e86\u3002\u300d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u300a<strong>\u60c5\u5883 C\u300b<\/strong><br>\u5c0f\u5c91\uff1a\u300c\u6211\u9019\u9031\u672b\u60f3\u8ddf\u540c\u5b78\u53bb\u58be\u4e01\u73a9\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u4f4f\u8cb4\u4e00\u9ede\u7684\u6c11\u5bbf\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u55ce\uff1f\u300d<br>\u5abd\u5abd\uff1a\u300c\u59b3\u60f3\u53bb\u5c31\u53bb\u554a\uff0c\u53cd\u6b63\u4f60\u6bcf\u6b21\u90fd\u9019\u6a23\u82b1\u6211\u5011\u8f9b\u82e6\u8cfa\u7684\u9322\uff0c\u59b3\u9ad8\u8208\u5c31\u597d\u3002\u300d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u300a\u60c5\u5883 D\u300b<\/strong><br>\u670b\u53cb\uff1a\u300c\u4f60\u771f\u7684\u662f\u6211\u6700\u597d\u7684\u670b\u53cb\u8036\uff01\u4f60\u662f\u4e0d\u662f\u4e00\u76f4\u5f88\u60f3\u8981\u90a3\u96d9\u978b\u554a\uff1f\u53ea\u8981\u4f60\u4e0d\u544a\u8a34\u5176\u4ed6\u4eba\u9019\u4ef6\u4e8b\u662f\u6211\u5e79\u7684\uff0c\u4f60\u4e0b\u500b\u6708\u751f\u65e5\u6211\u4e00\u5b9a\u6703\u9001\u4f60\u7684\u3002\u300d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5f9e\u4ee5\u4e0a\u7684\u60c5\u5883\u53ef\u4ee5\u4e86\u89e3\uff0c\u66d6\u6627\u4e0d\u660e\u7684\u8868\u9054\u65b9\u5f0f\u5bb9\u6613\u52fe\u8d77\u95dc\u4fc2\u4e2d\u53e6\u4e00\u65b9\u731c\u7591\u3001\u64d4\u5fc3\u8207\u4e0d\u5b89\u7684\u611f\u53d7\uff0c\u7121\u8ad6\u662f\u8a9e\u5e36\u606b\u5687\u7684\u4e3b\u52d5\u653b\u64ca\uff0c\u6216\u662f\u4ee5\u9000\u70ba\u9032\u7684\u88ab\u52d5\u653b\u64ca\uff0c\u90fd\u662f\u60c5\u7dd2\u52d2\u7d22\u884c\u70ba\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div \u63d0\u51fa\u56db\u7a2e\u60c5\u7dd2\u52d2\u7d22\u985e\u578b\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\uff08\u4e00\uff09\u61f2\u7f70\u8005\uff08the punisher\uff09<br>\u6b64\u985e\u578b\u901a\u5e38\u662f\u6700\u5bb9\u6613\u8fa8\u8b58\u7684\u60c5\u7dd2\u52d2\u7d22\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u7576\u4ed6\u4eba\u4e00\u4e0d\u9806\u5176\u610f\uff0c\u4ed6\u4fbf\u6703\u66b4\u8df3\u5982\u96f7\uff0c\u300c\u4e0d\u807d\u6211\u8005\u8acb\u6efe\u300d\u662f\u4ed6\u7684\u5ea7\u53f3\u9298\u3002\u5982\u540c\u4e0a\u8ff0\u60c5\u5883 A \u7684\u540c\u5b78\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\uff08\u4e8c\uff09\u81ea\u6211\u61f2\u7f70\u8005\uff08the self-punisher\uff09<br>\u6b64\u985e\u578b\u7684\u60c5\u7dd2\u52d2\u7d22\u8005\u5229\u7528\u95dc\u4fc2\u4e2d\u53e6\u4e00\u65b9\u5c0d\u5176\u7684\u5728\u4e4e\u8207\u91cd\u8996\uff0c\u4ee5\u300c\u50b7\u5bb3\u81ea\u5df1\u300d\u4f86\u8b66\u544a\u5c0d\u65b9\uff0c\u4f7f\u88ab\u52d2\u7d22\u8005\u70ba\u4e86\u514d\u65bc\u53d7\u50b7\u5bb3\u4e0d\u5f97\u4e0d\u5c48\u670d\u3002\u6211\u5011\u5e38\u8aaa\u300c\u4e00\u54ed\u3001\u4e8c\u9b27\u3001\u4e09\u4e0a\u540a\u300d\uff0c\u6709\u4e9b\u81ea\u61f2\u8005\u6703\u628a\u300c\u81ea\u6bba\u300d\u7576\u4f5c\u6700\u6709\u6548\u679c\u7684\u52d2\u7d22\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u53ef\u8aaa\u662f\u300c\u7d42\u6975\u7684\u81ea\u6211\u61f2\u7f70\u8005\u300d\u3002\u5982\u540c\u4e0a\u8ff0\u60c5\u5883 B \u7684\u5973\u53cb\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\uff08\u4e09\uff09\u82e6\u60c5\u8005\uff08the sufferer\uff09<br>\u6b64\u985e\u578b\u7684\u4eba\u6703\u628a\u81ea\u5df1\u64fa\u5728\u300c\u53d7\u5bb3\u8005\u300d\u7684\u4f4d\u7f6e\uff0c\u8868\u73fe\u51fa\u6cae\u55aa\u3001\u5931\u843d\u3001\u6c89\u9ed8\uff0c\u5f77\u5f7f\u81ea\u5df1\u662f\u95dc\u4fc2\u4e2d\u5403\u8667\u7684\u89d2\u8272\uff0c\u85c9\u7531\u5e36\u7d66\u5c0d\u65b9\u7f6a\u60e1\u611f\u8207\u7f9e\u6127\u611f\u4f86\u9054\u5230\u60c5\u7dd2\u52d2\u7d22\u7684\u76ee\u7684\u3002\u5982\u540c\u4e0a\u8ff0\u60c5\u5883 C \u7684\u6bcd\u89aa\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\uff08\u56db\uff09\u6b32\u64d2\u6545\u7e31\u8005\uff08the tantalizer\uff09<br>\u6b64\u985e\u578b\u7684\u60c5\u7dd2\u52d2\u7d22\u8005\u624b\u6bb5\u76f8\u7576\u9ad8\u660e\uff0c\u628a\u60c5\u7dd2\u52d2\u7d22\u884c\u70ba\u5305\u88dd\u76f8\u7576\u7f8e\u9e97\u3002\u4ed6\u5011\u4ee5\u8912\u734e\u5c0d\u65b9\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u63a5\u8457\u518d\u63d0\u51fa\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u8b93\u5c0d\u65b9\u6c92\u6709\u610f\u8b58\u5230\u81ea\u5df1\u5df2\u7d93\u4e0d\u5c0f\u5fc3\u58ae\u5165\u88ab\u60c5\u7dd2\u52d2\u7d22\u8005\u7684\u56f9\u5704\u88e1\u3002\u5982\u540c\u4e0a\u8ff0\u60c5\u5883 class=\"ultp-heading-inner\"><span><strong><strong><strong><strong>\u4e00\u518d\u91cd\u6f14\u7684\u60c5\u7dd2\u52d2\u7d22<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/span><\/h2><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<p>\u5176\u5be6\uff0c\u60c5\u7dd2\u52d2\u7d22\u8005\u5f80\u5f80\u662f\u8207\u4ed6\u4eba\u4e92\u52d5\u8f03\u6c92\u6709\u5b89\u5168\u611f\u3001\u5c0d\u65bc\u8655\u7406\u4eba\u969b\u554f\u984c\u5e38\u6703\u6709\u4f7f\u4e0d\u4e0a\u529b\u7684\u611f\u89ba\uff0c\u624d\u6703\u50be\u5411\u4f7f\u7528\u60c5\u7dd2\u52d2\u7d22\u7684\u624b\u6bb5\uff0c\u85c9\u7531\u63a7\u5236\u4ed6\u4eba\u4f86\u6eff\u8db3\u9700\u6c42\uff1b\u800c\u88ab\u52d2\u7d22\u8005\u70ba\u4e86\u4fdd\u8b77\u5169\u4eba\u7684\u95dc\u4fc2\uff0c\u53c8\u4e0d\u5f97\u4e0d\u9000\u8b93\u65bc\u5c0d\u65b9\u8000\u6b66\u63da\u5a01\u7684\u8a00\u884c\u3002\u6b63\u6240\u8b02\u300c\u4e00\u500b\u5df4\u638c\u62cd\u4e0d\u97ff\u300d\uff0c\u9019\u8b93\u60c5\u7dd2\u52d2\u7d22\u8005\u5690\u5230\u751c\u982d\uff0c\u4e5f\u8b93\u88ab\u52d2\u7d22\u8005\u5b89\u5168\u4fdd\u8b77\u5f7c\u6b64\u7684\u95dc\u4fc2\uff0c\u96d9\u65b9\u4fbf\u7d93\u6b77\u4e00\u6bb5\u300c\u77ed\u66ab\u7684\u871c\u6708\u671f\u300d\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u8caa\u5f97\u7121\u53ad\u7684\u60c5\u7dd2\u52d2\u7d22\u8005\u5728\u6b64\u7d93\u9a57\u4e2d\u98df\u9ad3\u77e5\u5473\uff0c\u5728\u4e4b\u5f8c\u4e92\u52d5\u518d\u6b21\u904b\u7528\u76f8\u540c\u7684\u624b\u6bb5\uff0c\u4f7f\u5169\u4eba\u7981\u932e\u5728\u60c5\u7dd2\u52d2\u7d22\u7684\u60e1\u6027\u5faa\u74b0\u4e4b\u4e2d\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div
