Training is divided into two parts. Professional Training Lectures are sessions designed according to the practical needs of college counseling work, including specialized courses, lectures, and workshops to strengthen professional competencies and equip psychologists to navigate the challenges in the field. Crisis and High-risk Case Seminars are led by supervisors from within or outside the university, with active participation from all staff psychologists. Through case presentations, supervisory feedback, and peer discussion, these sessions aim to enhance the practical capabilities of our psychologists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\"
