\u5fae\u7b11\uff0c\u5370\u7167\u51fa\u89aa\u5207\u8207\u53cb\u5584\u7684\u756b\u9762\uff0c\u53c8\u6216\u8005\u53ef\u4ee5\u6210\u70ba\u4eba\u969b\u4e92\u52d5\u7684\u6f64\u6ed1\u5291\uff0c\u4f7f\u4eba\u9047\u5230\u632b\u6298\u6642\uff0c\u80fd\u5920\u518d\u6b21\u7ad9\u8d77\u4ee5\u53ca\u88ab\u9f13\u821e\uff0c\u7b11\u5bb9\u5e36\u7d66\u4eba\u5011\u611f\u53d7\u5230\u6109\u6085\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u4e5f\u7e2e\u77ed\u8457\u4eba\u8207\u4eba\u9593\u7684\u5fc3\u7406\u8ddd\u96e2\u3002\u7136\u800c\u6709\u4e9b\u5728\u751f\u6d3b\u4e2d\u559c\u6b61\u9017\u4ed6\u4eba\u6b61\u7b11\u6216\u5728\u4eba\u9762\u524d\u7b11\u7684\u4eba\uff0c\u9019\u4efd\u7b11\u5bb9\u53ef\u80fd\u7336\u5982\u6234\u8457\u5c0f\u4e11\u7684\u9762\u5177\uff0c\u9762\u5177\u5e95\u4e0b\u771f\u5be6\u7684\u6a23\u8c8c\u7a76\u7adf\u5982\u4f55\u537b\u96e3\u4ee5\u8f15\u6613\u88ab\u767c\u73fe\uff0c\u6709\u6642\u6216\u8a31\u6709\u96b1\u800c\u672a\u898b\u7684\u50b7\u53e3\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u66f4\u50b7\u4e14\u66f4\u75db\uff0c\u800c\u5fae\u7b11\u7684\u80cc\u5f8c\uff0c\u6216\u8a31\u6b63\u7368\u81ea\u7d93\u6b77\u8457\u81ea\u8a8d\u7121\u85e5\u53ef\u6551\u7684\u60b2\u50b7\u8207\u7d55\u671b\u611f\u3002\u6709\u6642\u5177\u6709\u6182\u9b31\u50be\u5411\u7684\u4eba\u5728\u5916\u986f\u884c\u70ba\u4e2d\uff0c\u4e26\u975e\u5982\u540c\u591a\u6578\u4eba\u6240\u60f3\u50cf\u7684\u8208\u8da3\u7f3a\u7f3a\u3001\u60b2\u89c0\u6216\u840e\u9761\u4e0d\u632f\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u639b\u8d77\u958b\u5fc3\u7684\u9762\u5177\uff0c\u96b1\u85cf\u8d77\u771f\u5be6\u7684\u60c5\u611f\uff0c\u4e0d\u8b93\u4ed6\u4eba\u770b\u898b\uff0c\u6642\u523b\u4fdd\u6301\u8457\u5fae\u7b11\uff0c\u6b64\u7a2e\u73fe\u8c61\u5247\u88ab\u7a31\u4f5c\u70ba\u300c\u5fae\u7b11\u6182\u9b31\u300d(smiling depression)\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u6839\u64da Demetriou\uff082019\uff09\u6240\u6307\uff0c\u5fae\u7b11\u6182\u9b31\u662f\u500b\u9ad4\u70ba\u4e86\u8981\u63a9\u98fe\u81ea\u5df1\u771f\u5be6\u4e14\u75db\u82e6\u7684\u60c5\u7dd2\uff0c\u85c9\u7531\u6234\u4e0a\u7684\u5fae\u7b11\u9762\u5177\u4f86\u5426\u8a8d\u8207\u907f\u514d\u81ea\u8eab\u7684\u771f\u5be6\u60c5\u611f\u8207\u6182\u9b31\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u800c Reme\uff082019\uff09\u4e5f\u6307\u51fa\u500b\u9ad4\u5728\u8868\u9762\u4e0a\u770b\u8d77\u4f86\u5f88\u958b\u5fc3\uff0c\u537b\u6084\u6084\u5730\u5c07\u6182\u9b31\u96b1\u85cf\uff0c\u7136\u800c\u5167\u5fc3\u5176\u5be6\u5448\u73fe\u51fa\u975e\u5e38\u4f4e\u843d\u7684\u72c0\u614b\u3002\u5c0d\u65bc\u6709\u4e9b\u5916\u8868\u770b\u4f3c\u5e7d\u9ed8\u98a8\u8da3\u7684\u4eba\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u4e0d\u50c5\u5bb9\u6613\u906d\u53d7\u5230\u6182\u9b31\u60c5\u7dd2\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u66f4\u4e0d\u64c5\u65bc\u8868\u9054\u51fa\u81ea\u8eab\u7684\u58d3\u529b\u53ca\u60c5\u7dd2\uff0c\u4ea6\u8a8d\u70ba\u6182\u9b31\u50be\u5411\u7684\u8868\u73fe\u7121\u6cd5\u7b26\u5408\u81ea\u6211\u89d2\u8272\u7684\u671f\u5f85\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u4ed6\u5011\u5df2\u7136\u7fd2\u6163\u9017\u4ed6\u4eba\u7b11\u6216\u5728\u4eba\u9762\u524d\u7b11\uff0c\u56e0\u800c\u96e3\u4ee5\u627f\u8a8d\u81ea\u5df1\u771f\u5be6\u7684\u60c5\u7dd2\u72c0\u614b\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u4e9e\u6d32\u4eba\u9762\u5b50\u9867\u616e\u8f03\u5f37\uff08\u97d3\u5fb7\u5f65\uff0c2009\uff09\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u53ef\u80fd\u5c0e\u81f4\u5fae\u7b11\u6182\u9b31\u50be\u5411\u8005\u8a8d\u70ba\u9019\u6a23\u4ee3\u8868\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u300c\u8edf\u5f31\u300d\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u5fae\u7b11\u6182\u9b31\u8207\u5178\u578b\u6182\u9b31<\/span><\/h2><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n

\u5fae\u7b11\u6182\u9b31\u5c6c\u65bc\u975e\u5178\u578b\u6182\u9b31\u8868\u73fe\u7684\u4e00\u7a2e\u5f62\u5f0f\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u5728\u4eba\u7fa4\u4e2d\u8868\u73fe\u51fa\u5f88\u559c\u6085\u8207\u5e7d\u9ed8\uff0c\u4f46\u5728\u5fae\u7b11\u8207\u6b61\u6a02\u7684\u9762\u5177\u5f8c\uff0c\u537b\u5448\u73fe\u51fa\u7121\u50f9\u503c\u3001\u7121\u671b\u8207\u5931\u843d\u611f\uff0c\u5c31\u50cf\u8a31\u591a\u4eba\u5728\u670b\u53cb\u5708\u4e2d\u7e3d\u611b\u8b93\u5927\u5bb6\u958b\u5fc3\uff0c\u4f46\u7576\u7368\u81ea\u4e00\u4eba\u6642\u537b\u6642\u5e38\u611f\u53d7\u5230\u60b2\u50b7\u3002\u96d6\u7136\u5fae\u7b11\u6182\u9b31\u672c\u8eab\u4e26\u4e0d\u6b78\u5c6c\u5728\u7f8e\u570b\u7cbe\u795e\u75be\u75c5\u8a3a\u65b7\u8207\u7d71\u8a08\u624b\u518a\u7b2c\u4e94\u7248\uff08DSM-5\uff09\u7684\u6b63\u5f0f\u8a3a\u65b7\u4e2d\uff0c\u7136\u800c\u6182\u9b31\u75c7\u7684\u72c0\u614b\u5343\u767e\u7a2e\uff0c\u96e3\u4ee5\u55ae\u5f9e\u5916\u986f\u884c\u70ba\u5c31\u80fd\u986f\u793a\u51fa\u75c7\u72c0\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u6839\u64da DSM-5 \u5c0d\u6182\u9b31\u75c7\u7684\u8a3a\u65b7\u6a19\u6e96\u662f\u500b\u9ad4\u5728\u5169\u9031\u4e2d\u64c1\u6709\u4e94\u9805\u6216\u66f4\u591a\u75c7\u72c0\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u9020\u6210\u5148\u524d\u529f\u80fd\u6539\u8b8a\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u8655\u5728\u6301\u7e8c\u6027\u7684\u6182\u9b31\u60c5\u7dd2\u3001\u5c0d\u6d3b\u52d5\u5931\u53bb\u8208\u8da3\u6216\u6109\u6085\u611f\u3001\u9ad4\u91cd\u660e\u986f\u6e1b\u8f15\u6216\u589e\u91cd\u3001\u5931\u7720\u6216\u7761\u7720\u3001\u5e7e\u4e4e\u6bcf\u5929\u611f\u5230\u75b2\u5026\u6216\u7121\u7cbe\u6253\u91c7\u3001\u611f\u5230\u7121\u50f9\u503c\u6216\u4e0d\u6070\u7576\u7684\u7f6a\u60e1\u611f\uff0c\u4ea6\u6216\u6bcf\u5929\u601d\u8003\u80fd\u529b\u548c\u5c08\u6ce8\u529b\u964d\u4f4e\u7b49\u60c5\u5f62\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u5fae\u7b11\u6182\u9b31\u8005\u4e5f\u6703\u7d93\u6b77\u8a31\u591a\u5178\u578b\u6182\u9b31\u75c7\u7684\u5fb5\u72c0\uff0c\u6703\u611f\u5230\u7126\u616e\u3001\u7d55\u671b\u3001\u75b2\u618a\u6216\u5931\u7720\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u6709\u8f15\u751f\u7684\u50be\u5411\uff0c\u4f46\u8207\u5178\u578b\u6182\u9b31\u75c7\u4e0d\u540c\u5728\u65bc Labeaune\uff082014\uff09\u6307\u51fa\u5fae\u7b11\u6182\u9b31\u8005\u53cd\u800c\u662f\u64c1\u6709\u8f03\u597d\u7684\u793e\u6703\u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u5718\u9ad4\u7684\u300c\u958b\u5fc3\u679c\u300d\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u8b93\u4eba\u8aa4\u4ee5\u70ba\u793e\u4ea4\u80fd\u529b\u6bd4\u666e\u901a\u4eba\u66f4\u597d\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u7576\u4ed6\u5011\u51fa\u73fe\u7570\u5e38\u884c\u70ba\u6216\u6709\u610f\u5716\u8f15\u751f\u4f86\u7d50\u675f\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u82e6\u75db\u6642\uff0c\u90fd\u6703\u8b93\u5468\u906d\u7684\u4eba\u611f\u5230\u9707\u9a5a\u8207\u96e3\u4ee5\u76f8\u4fe1\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u5fae\u7b11\u6182\u9b31\u50be\u5411\u8005\u7684\u6182\u9b31\uff0c\u4e0d\u50c5\u5f88\u96e3\u88ab\u8eab\u908a\u7684\u4eba\u89ba\u5bdf\u5230\uff0c\u6709\u6642\u9023\u672c\u4eba\u90fd\u96e3\u4ee5\u767c\u89ba\u3002\u7576\u4ed6\u5011\u611f\u53d7\u5230\u300c\u602a\u602a\u7684\u300d\u60c5\u7dd2\u9760\u8fd1\u6642\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u89ba\u5f97\u81ea\u5df1\u597d\u50cf\u6d3b\u5f97\u4e0d\u50cf\u662f\u81ea\u5df1\u822c\uff0c\u611f\u5230\u7a7a\u865b\u5bc2\u5bde\u51b7\uff0c\u4f46\u53c8\u611f\u89ba\u4f3c\u4e4e\u4e00\u5207\u90fd\u5f88\u6b63\u5e38\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u628a\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u60c5\u7dd2\u653e\u5728\u4e00\u65c1\uff0c\u4e0d\u53bb\u7406\u6703\u8207\u78b0\u89f8\uff0c\u518d\u7e7c\u7e8c\u671b\u5411\u524d\u65b9\u524d\u884c\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u8eab\u8655\u5728\u9019\u73fe\u5be6\u4e16\u754c\u4e2d\uff0c\u96e3\u514d\u6703\u5e36\u8d77\u4e9b\u9762\u5177\u4f86\u906e\u63a9\u8457\u81ea\u5df1\u771f\u5be6\u7684\u611f\u53d7\uff0c\u6216\u907f\u514d\u5167\u5728\u7684\u50b7\u75d5\u88ab\u767c\u73fe\uff0c\u56e0\u800c\u507d\u88dd\u6210\u4f3c\u6211\u975e\u6211\u7684\u81ea\u5df1\uff0c\u4f46\u9019\u4e26\u4e0d\u662f\u4ec0\u9ebc\u904e\u932f\u6216\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u53ef\u4ee5\u8a8d\u8b58\u771f\u6b63\u7684\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u4e00\u500b\u5951\u6a5f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u8207\u5fae\u7b11\u6182\u9b31\u540c\u884c\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b65\u5728\u65bc\u8b58\u5225\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u60c5\u7dd2\u3002\u56e0\u70ba\u8a31\u591a\u5fae\u7b11\u6182\u9b31\u8005\u90fd\u50be\u5411\u96b1\u85cf\u6216\u5426\u8a8d\u81ea\u5df1\u64c1\u6709\u9019\u4e9b\u611f\u53d7\u3002\u518d\u8005\uff0c\u8a66\u8457\u5411\u5468\u906d\u7684\u4eba\u4e8b\u7269\u4f38\u51fa\u96d9\u624b\uff0c\u4e32\u9023\u8d77\u5f7c\u6b64\u7684\u95dc\u4fc2\uff0c\u5411\u89aa\u4eba\u6216\u91cd\u8981\u4ed6\u4eba\u8ff0\u8aaa\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u611f\u53d7\u8ddf\u64d4\u6182\uff0c\u6216\u8a31\u6703\u767c\u73fe\u5728\u9019\u500b\u4e16\u754c\u4ecd\u6709\u8a31\u591a\u4eba\u9858\u610f\u966a\u4f34\u8207\u652f\u6301\u8457\u4f60\u6211\u3002\u7576\u4f60\u611f\u89ba\u5230\u8eab\u5fc3\u8655\u5728\u5167\u5916\u5728\u76f8\u7576\u4e0d\u4e00\u81f4\uff0c\u9577\u671f\u8655\u5728\u6182\u9b31\u60c5\u7dd2\u6216\u72c0\u614b\u6642\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u5617\u8a66\u5c0b\u6c42\u5c08\u696d\u7684\u5354\u52a9\u6216\u8207\u5fc3\u7406\u5e2b\u9032\u884c\u8a0e\u8ad6\uff0c\u9019\u4e0d\u8868\u793a\u81ea\u5df1\u5c31\u662f\u5c6c\u65bc\u61e6\u5f31\u6216\u8106\u5f31\u7684\uff0c\u53cd\u800c\u9858\u610f\u9760\u8fd1\u771f\u5be6\u7684\u81ea\u5df1\uff0c\u662f\u52c7\u6562\u4e14\u503c\u5f97\u88ab\u80af\u5b9a\u7684\u8868\u73fe\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u5fae\u7b11\u6182\u9b31\u8005\u7684\u966a\u4f34\u8005\uff0c\u6700\u96e3\u5728\u65bc\u5354\u52a9\u4e0d\u9858\u627f\u8a8d\u81ea\u5df1\u9700\u8981\u5e6b\u52a9\u7684\u4eba\uff0c\u7576\u4f60\u6211\u767c\u89ba\u5230\u5468\u906d\u6709\u5fae\u7b11\u6182\u9b31\u8005\u6642\uff0c\u8b93\u6211\u5011\u5617\u8a66\u6210\u70ba\u540c\u7406\u8207\u597d\u597d\u807d\u4ed6\u5011\u8ff0\u8aaa\u7684\u50be\u807d\u8005\u89d2\u8272\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u5728\u73fe\u5be6\u751f\u6d3b\u4e2d\uff0c\u611f\u53d7\u5230\u60b2\u50b7\u8207\u6182\u9b31\u662f\u6b63\u5e38\u4e14\u96e3\u4ee5\u907f\u514d\u7684\u4e8b\u60c5\uff0c\u4f60\u6211\u5f88\u96e3\u53ea\u751f\u6d3b\u5728\u53ea\u6709\u5feb\u6a02\u7684\u65e5\u5b50\u4e2d\uff0c\u7576\u9078\u64c7\u4ee5\u5fae\u7b11\u8457\u6182\u9b31\uff0c\u6216\u8a31\u662f\u5bb3\u6015\u9762\u5177\u5e95\u4e0b\u6b63\u5728\u60b2\u50b7\u7684\u4f60\uff0c\u4e0d\u88ab\u4ed6\u4eba\u6240\u5728\u4e4e\u6216\u770b\u898b\uff0c\u4ea6\u6216\u64d4\u5fc3\u8892\u9732\u51fa\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u50b7\u75d5\u6216\u82e6\u75db\u6642\uff0c\u537b\u6beb\u7121\u4efb\u4f55\u7684\u95dc\u5fc3\u8207\u91cd\u8996\u6216\u662f\u9020\u6210\u4ed6\u4eba\u56f0\u64fe\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u5be7\u53ef\u5047\u88dd\u81ea\u5df1\u4e0d\u75db\u800c\u639b\u8d77\u5fae\u7b11\uff0c\u4f46\u9019\u4efd\u5fae\u7b11\u537b\u6703\u5c07\u81ea\u5df1\u9396\u5728\u7121\u4eba\u53ef\u8f15\u6613\u9760\u8fd1\u7684\u5821\u58d8\u4e2d\u3002\u8b93\u6211\u5011\u4e00\u8d77\u8a66\u8457\u4e0d\u518d\u9019\u9ebc\u7528\u529b\u7684\u5fae\u7b11\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u4e5f\u544a\u8a34\u81ea\u5df1\uff1a\u6c92\u95dc\u4fc2\uff0c\u75db\u4e86\u5026\u4e86\uff0c\u5c31\u6162\u6162\u5730\u8d70\u5c31\u597d\uff0c\u73fe\u5728\u7684\u6211\u5176\u5be6\u5f88\u4e0d\u932f\u4e86\u3002It’s okay to not be okay\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n
