<p class="has-text-align-left"><strong>　　面對近期新型冠狀病毒 (COVID-19)疫情的延燒，我們從新聞媒體及網路社群等管道獲得大量的訊息與提醒，除了讓我們提高警覺與危機意識，也讓我們在不自覺的狀態下暴露在過高的情緒壓力與威脅之下，重複不斷的訊息可能會一直干擾情緒、並影響想法與生活。</strong></p>



<p><strong>　　在這非常時刻中，您可能會出現害怕、恐慌與焦慮的感受，適度的危機感和焦慮心情是正常且正面的反應。如果您的心情不好或有很多的擔心，不妨多和家人和親友分享。如果心情實在很不好，或持續一、兩個星期，而且家人親友也幫不上忙，可以進一步求助心理衛生專家，如精神科醫師、心理師、輔導老師、社工師等。</strong></p>



<p><strong>　　只要你願意「說」或「談」，都能緩解心理的壓力。我們也需要去關心周圍的家人、親友，多和你身邊的人相互打氣、支持和關懷，尊重以及接納每個人在這「非常時刻」中所出現的反應，惟有互相理解與扶持才能度過難關。</strong></p>



<p><strong>　　我們要配合醫療人員和政府的防疫措施，做好自己的衛生保健，以平常心過日子，不需要過度的恐慌。維護好我們身心的健康，保護自己和他人，就能恢復生活的正常秩序與安全感，早日脫離傳染病的威脅。</strong></p>



<p><strong>　　祝願我們每一個人都能活得健康、安心、自在。</strong></p>
