Education and training for full-time and part-time psychologists
To enhance the effectiveness of counseling and the quality of services provided to students, the Student Counseling Center organizes multiple training sessions each semester for both full-time and part-time psychologists. Training is divided into two parts: Professional Training Lectures, these sessions are designed based on the practical needs of college counseling work, including specialized courses, lectures, and workshops to strengthen professional competencies and equip counselors to meet challenges in the field. Case Seminars on Crisis and High-risk Situations, these seminars are led by supervisors from within or outside the university, with active participation from all staff psychologists. Through case presentations, supervisory feedback, and peer discussion, these sessions aim to enhance the practical capabilities of counseling professionals.
