Chased by looming assignment deadlines?
Torn between social obligations?
Crushed by the weight of family expectations?
You may take vitamin supplements to strengthen your body, but where can you find vitamins for your mind?
The NTNU Student Counseling Center is dedicated to promoting fundamental concepts of mental well-being.
The Peer Support Group was established to help students access emotional support and self-understanding through regular group sessions, as well as services such as the “Mind Corner” and “Worry-Relief Mailbox.”
Through these channels, students can access peer guidance, navigate self-discovery, and replenish their mental vitamins.
The Peer Support Group stands by you with genuine care to help you create your own unique formula for mental wellness.
