Individual counseling and guidance are the primary services provided by the Student Counseling Center. We offer professional one-on-one counseling to all students on campus to assist them with self-exploration and self-understanding, the development of emotional management and interpersonal communication skills, and the promotion of healthy adaptation to life and academic challenges.
The Center houses a diverse team of psychologists specializing in multiple areas, including self-exploration and understanding, career planning, intimate relationship or gender issues, family dynamics, emotional distress and regulation, as well as stress relief and coping strategies.
