  2. Receive and assist with applications from institutions in the First Northern Region for the Ministry of Education’s Subsidy Program for Student Counseling Services in Institutions of Higher Education.
  3. Collaborate with the Student Affairs Center of the First Northern Region Institutions of Higher Education to organize the selection of recipients for the Ministry of Education’s “Friendly Campus Award”, including Outstanding Student Affairs Personnel, Outstanding Counseling Personnel, and Exemplary Institutions.
  4. Assist the Ministry of Education in compiling a list of senior Student Counseling Directors (Division Heads) at institutions of higher education who are eligible to receive the “Appreciation Plaque for Continued (or Retired) Service,” awarded to those with at least three years of service.
  5. Coordinate group supervision sessions for student counseling personnel at institutions of higher education in the First Northern Region.
  6. Assist institutions of higher education in the First Northern Region with disseminating job vacancies, internship opportunities, and activity announcements to colleges and universities nationwide.
  7. Handle ad hoc assignments as delegated by the Ministry of Education.
