《香息.入夢》境外生芳香舒眠工作坊 Sleep & Aroma Workshop for International Students

夜晚,總是難以入睡嗎?
在異地生活,睡不好、緊繃或孤單,往往悄悄影響著身心。
本次工作坊將探索不同失眠型態,結合嗅覺放鬆、睡眠照顧引導與手作香氛擴香瓶,
為自己建立專屬的安睡儀式,讓香氣陪你慢慢入夢。

Do you often find it hard to fall asleep at night?
Living abroad, poor sleep, tension, or loneliness can quietly affect both body and mind.
This workshop invites you to explore different types of insomnia through scent-based relaxation, guided sleep self-care, and the hands-on creation of your own aromatic diffuser.
Together, we’ll craft a personal bedtime ritual—so that even far from home, the gentle comfort of scent can guide you into restful sleep.

◆ 時間:114年11月1日(六)14:00-17:00【中文場】、11月2日(日)14:00-17:00【全英文場】
◆ 地點:校本部教育大樓311團體輔導室
◆ 參與對象:
1. 本校學生,預計每場次招收10名;境外生優先。
2.對睡眠探索、香氛手作、自我照顧有興趣者;無須任何調香經驗。

◆ 報名截止:114年10月06日(報名不等於錄取,將依照報名順序寄發錄取通知)

◆ Date: November 1 (Sat)(Chinese session) & November 2 (Sun)(English session), 2025|14:00–17:00
◆ Location:Room 311, Educational Building(H205), Heping Campus II
◆Participants:
1. 10 participants, priority will be given to international students from our university.
2. Open to who interested in sleep exploration, scent-making, and self-care; no prior experience in fragrance blending required.

◆ Registration Deadline: October 6, 2025 (Note: Registration does not guarantee acceptance. Acceptance notifications will be sent based on the order of registration.)”
